Calling all pickle lovers! Get ready to invade the Wollman Rink in Central Park with your paddles and wiffle balls, because the largest pickleball installation in the Northeast is coming to town. That’s right, folks, CityPickle, New York City’s First Pickleball club, is setting up 14 courts for daily play starting April 7th, and you’re invited to join the fun.

The Ultimate Pickle Experience

CityPickle is offering a diverse slate of pickleball coaches to help you get started. So, whether you’re a seasoned player or a newbie, there’s a place for you on the courts. And if you’re feeling intimidated by the sport’s hilarious name, bizarre reputation, and combination of so many sports simultaneously, fear not. You’ll probably look like a fool but who cares? I can’t think of a better way to spend a day. If you’re really afraid of looking like a numnutz on the courts then you can sign up for lessons here.

Let’s Get Our Pickle On!

From 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily, you can play to your heart’s content at Central Park’s Wollman Rink. Courts will cost between $80 to $120, depending on peak or off-peak hours, and custom CityPickle paddles are available to rent for $6 apiece. But if you’ve got your own gear, feel free to BYOPBP (Bring Your Own Pickleball Paddle).

Pickle Parties and More

Are you a die-hard pickler? Or maybe you’re looking for a unique birthday party or corporate team-building event? CityPickle has got you covered. You can even rent out the venue for your own private pickle party.

Our Mission: Bringing Pickleball to the Masses

Our mission when founding CityPickle was to bring pickleball to as many New Yorkers as possible.” And they’re doing just that. In addition to their seasonal courts at Hudson Yards and the TWA Hotel, CityPickle is opening its first permanent location at a climate-controlled 10,110-square-foot space in Long Island City.
